<p>The CFO will play a critical role in our executive team, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the senior executives. The successful candidate will lead our financial and investment strategy, focusing on enhancing profitability, overseeing financial planning, risk management, and pursuing growth opportunities.

Major Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Guide the financial strategy to align with the organization's growth objectives. Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive leadership team.

Investment Strategy: Oversee investment and funding strategies for new projects and expansion efforts. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions.

Operational Efficiency: Work with the senior executive team and department directors to optimize operational costs and enhance revenue cycle management.

Team Leadership: Work with the Finance Committee chairman to lead the finance committee, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop the Director of Finance (Controller) and finance team.

Hybrid Night / Day Radiologist. Partnership-Track.  Work/Life Balance in Asheville, NC! Sign-on Bonus. 

ARA Health Specialists is looking for an innovative radiologist to work half-time onsite overnight shifts and half-time day or evening shifts in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina. With generous compensation, time off, and the ability to maintain desirable daytime skills in an exciting location, this position may be a perfect fit for many. General Schedule in 6 Week Blocks: 

Week 1: 7 Onsite Overnight Shifts 

Weeks 2 & 3: Off 

Weeks 4-6: Day/Evening Shifts according to specialty training and preference.  Additional weeks of vacation and/or days off during this time may be available, dependent on your preferred level of work and compensation. 

Overnight shifts are:  

• Monday to Friday 9 hours (9:30 pm-6:30 am)
• Saturday and Sunday 12 hours (7 pm-7 am) Saturday and Sunday.  

Daytime/evening shifts are 8.5-9 hours, with exact schedule and hours dependent on specialty skills. 

No additional weekends required other than overnight shifts (unless desired for higher compensation). 

Qualified candidates must be comfortable interpreting the full range of neuro and body studies for a hospital system designated as a stroke center and level II trauma center. Lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and basic fluoro skills are needed occasionally.

This is a partnership track position (employed option available if desired), and Night/Hybrid partners enjoy the same generous benefits and leadership opportunities as daytime partners. A sign-on bonus is offered.
